Because our products are custom specialised animal-identification tools:

• Returns are accepted only if the product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or materially different from the description.
• Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt.
• Returned items must be unused.
• Custom-printed or custom-colour bands are non-refundable unless defective.
