Welcome to PenguinSiliBands. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the purchase and use of our products, including silicone penguin ID bands designed for professional use in zoos and wildlife centres.

Our silicone penguin ID bands are intended for professional use by zoos, aquariums, wildlife parks, and licensed animal care organisations.

By purchasing our products, you confirm that:

  • You are an authorised representative of a professional animal-care organisation.
  • You will use the products responsibly and in accordance with animal welfare standards.
  • You understand these bands are not toys, and not intended for consumer, hobbyist, or domestic use.

We are not responsible for improper use of our ID bands.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All prices listed on our website are your local currency, exclusive of tax
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.
  • Orders are confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.
  • We may cancel any order if we suspect misuse, fraud, or non-professional intent.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship internationally unless stated otherwise.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control (customs, logistics delays, etc.).
  • The buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for items lost due to incorrect details.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are custom specialised animal-identification tools:

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or materially different from the description.
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt.
  • Returned items must be unused.
  • Custom-printed or custom-colour bands are non-refundable unless defective.

6. Product Safety & Liability

  • Our ID bands are manufactured to high quality standards, but you are responsible for ensuring suitability for your species, environment, and animal-welfare protocols.
  • We are not liable for any injury, harm, or loss resulting from:
    • incorrect sizing
    • improper application
    • misuse
    • modification of the bands
    • use in conditions outside those recommended

Your organisation must conduct its own risk assessment before implementing the bands.

7. Warranty

We provide a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects only.
This does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper storage.

8. Intellectual Property

All images, text, branding, and product designs on this website are the property of PenguinSiliBands unless stated otherwise.
Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

10. Governing Law
